Michelle Fisher
Manager, Community Learning IAG Foundation at IAG
Michelle is the Manager of the Community Learning IAG Foundation where she puts her 20 years’ industry experience to work, providing creative learning and development opportunities to engage charity partners and exercise her personal commitment to adding value. This commitment extends to Michelle’s personal life, taking on the role of Club President for Rotary International’s FY2019.
Michelle sees it as a personal challenge to create opportunities for development that embrace diversity and create a sense of belonging.

Peter Harmer
Former Managing Director and CEO at IAG
Peter was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of IAG until his retirement in late 2019. Prior to this role, Peter held a number of senior positions with IAG, Aon Limited UK, and Aon’s Australian operations.
Peter has completed the Harvard Advanced Management Program and, with 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, loves to create opportunities for people to bring out the best in themselves.

Louise Kanis
Executive Director, Public Affairs and Communications at Monash Health
Louise is the Executive Director, Public Affairs and Communications for Monash Health. With a 25 year career in communications and corporate affairs, Louise has complemented her professional work with service as a director for a charitable foundation and as a Council member for a Melbourne girls’ school.
Louise’s life experience as the child of migrant parents has given her a passion for connecting and conversing across languages and cultures.

Rebekah Taka
Associate Partner – A/NZ Customer & Design Practice Lead at IBM iX, Founder of Thrive
Rebekah is an Associate Partner with IBM iX, co-leading their Australia/New Zealand Customer Strategy and Design practice. Rebekah also founded and runs Thrive, a not-for-profit organisation that equips women to be successful in leadership and start-ups.
Rebekah’s empathetic and engaging approach to business helps her equip people to respond to change and connect them to opportunities for further growth and development.

Neil Taylor
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at RACV
Neil is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of RACV. Neil has over 25 years’ experience in the corporate sector as CEO of Greyhound Australia and various senior management roles across a range of industries and countries.
An avid traveller, Neil has completed courses at Wharton and Harvard Business Schools and believes in the need for businesses and people to evolve with the changing needs and demographics of their communities.
